Ibis Capital Fund I Offering

The deal size is the advantage.

Kevin spent close to a decade in corporate strategy and business planning at Micron Technology, one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers, working alongside multi-billion dollar capital allocation in a capital-intensive, highly cyclical industry. He subsequently served as Vice President of Portfolio Management at an institutional asset manager, where he helped build, source, and underwrite an alternative real asset platform for a national life insurer. Ibis operates on the two capabilities that work produced: an institutional five-stage underwriting process, and direct relationships with more than a dozen operators who source and execute these transactions.

Operator track record data has been provided directly by each operator partner and has not been independently audited. Operator identities and detailed references are available upon request during formal due diligence.

The assets in our portfolio are simple. Sourcing proven operators across eight asset classes and delivering risk-adjusted income is not.

That’s what we do.

Competitive Advantage

The firm’s competitive advantage is a curated network of operator relationships developed through years of institutional investing, providing diversified deal flow and the ability to be selective across opportunities and market cycles.

For allocators, Ibis solves the access challenge: high-quality, operator-driven deals that rarely reach traditional institutional channels, sourced and underwritten to institutional standards and aggregated into a tax-advantaged, diversified, income-producing portfolio.
