Janeen Kozak

Office Manager

Janeen is the Office Manager at Ibis Capital, and provides the best possible service to our clients, while taking care of the great team members that work in the office. Janeen is responsible for payroll, benefits, and budgeting, as well as servicing all client requests. She also helps coordinate all Ibis sponsored events and manages the office.

Prior to working at Ibis Capital, Janeen started her career at the Bank of Southern California as a Human Resources Assistant before continuing in the training field at Mitchell International. Janeen traveled all around the country training customers on Mitchell software and created Mitchell University, a web-based training site.

Janeen graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara and now lives in Scripps Ranch with her two sons and spends most of her free time cheering them on at their many sporting events and volunteering at their school.
