Registration Status

Ibis Capital, LLC is in the process of registering as an investment adviser with the Idaho Department of Finance. This page will be updated with the firm's regulatory documents upon completion of the registration process.

Documents (Available Upon Registration)

Form ADV Part 2A (Firm Brochure) — a narrative disclosure document describing the firm's services, fees, conflicts of interest, and business practices.

Form ADV Part 2B (Brochure Supplement) — individual disclosure for each supervised person providing investment advice.

Independent Verification

Once registered, the firm's registration status and public filings can be independently verified through the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
